The Junction can be found at 136 E. Rosemary St., housed within the large glass building. During the road closure, the sidewalk on Rosemary St. remains open, as does our main entrance opposite the construction site. Access to the garage remains open during the road closure. Occasionally, a construction worker may guide you to the garage entrance. The Wallace Parking Garage operates on metered parking managed by the town of Chapel Hill. To streamline payment, we suggest downloading the ParkingMobile app in advance.
