Converge-Con: Think First. Prompt Second. (Day 2 of 2)

Converge-Con is a two-day exploration of human creativity in the age of artificial intelligence, bringing together creatives, educators, researchers and innovators across UNC-Chapel Hill.

Through interactive workshops, discussions, live experiments, performances and presentations, attendees will explore how AI is changing the way we create, while examining where human curiosity, judgment and imagination remain essential. From honing your human voice and asking better questions to experimenting with AI, creativity and ethics, Converge-Con invites you to come curious and experience the possibilities and limitations of AI for yourself.

Take part in a live experiment to test judgement of humans vs AI. How are aesthetics perceived by humans and how does it compare to the recognition of patterns?

Ethics Workshop 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Join the Parr Center for Ethics as they discuss the ethical implications of AI in today’s world.
