Practical Tools to Speak Up with Confidence, Clarity & Leadership Presence

Do you ever hesitate to speak up in meetings, overthink what you want to say, or feel like you have to prove yourself in professional spaces?

In this interactive workshop, confidence and leadership coach and former corporate product leader Alisha Rao shares practical tools to help participants manage imposter syndrome, communicate with clarity, and strengthen leadership presence.

Using her A.C.T. Framework, participants will learn how to:

  • calm the nervous system in high-pressure situations
  • shift from self-doubt to outward connection
  • communicate ideas with clarity
  • strengthen leadership presence through body language techniques

Designed for students, interns, founders, and professionals, this session blends practical breathwork techniques, and interactive exercises to help participants speak up with confidence in the age of AI.

Stay for pizza & networking!

Immediately following the workshop, join us for a free pizza lunch and networking mixer. Student interns from UNC, Duke, and other universities, Launch Alum, Junction coworking members, and all attendees are invited to mix, mingle, and practice the skills learned in the session over a free meal together.

A great opportunity to build connections and put your new communication tools to work right away!
